PAVEL L. – CEO
With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the construction market of Chattanooga, Pavel has established himself as a leader in home building and project management. His career has been marked by significant roles, including Director of Production and Vice President of Preconstruction, where he has successfully overseen complex projects from inception to completion.
Pavel’s expertise lies in fostering strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that each project is executed efficiently and to the highest standards. His passion for home building drives him to create not just houses, but spaces that enhance the quality of life for families and communities.
Known for his strategic vision and commitment to excellence, Pavel continues to contribute to the growth and innovation of the construction industry in Chattanooga. He is dedicated to mentoring emerging professionals and advocating for best practices in building and collaboration.

OLEG K. – CFO
Oleg K. serves as CFO and holds an A.A.S. in Information Technologies as well as a B.A. in Philosophy and English from the University of Florida. With over 13 years of experience in the IT sector, he has diversified his business portfolio to include multisite self-storage facilities, an RV campground, and an e-commerce platform. Outside of work, Oleg enjoys hiking, writing, and
traveling.

DANIEL L. – CCO
Dan has been in the construction industry for 10 years after securing a BS in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Throughout these 10 years, he has served in many different roles, ensuring the success of projects ranging from single homes to the redesign of an international airport terminal. As the Chief Construction Officer for Senko Homes, Dan brings his expertise and passion for the industry to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and most importantly up to Senko Homes’ standards. Outside of construction, Dan enjoys spending his free time on the golf course and outdoors with friends and family.

DMITRIY L. – COO
With a background of 8 years in private accounting and 6 years in commercial construction, Dima comes to Senko Homes well prepared to serve. He holds a BS in Accounting and a BS in Business Administration from Lee University. Dima thrives on working closely with people and seeing them succeed. Outside of work, Dima enjoys spending time with his family, his wife Evelina and their four beautiful children. Bass fishing is a favorite pastime where he finds both relaxation and rejuvenation.
