I do not have enough positive things to say about the process of having Senko Homes build our new home here in Cleveland, TN. I had high expectations when we started the construction, and they exceeded them at every opportunity. The quality of the work is top-notch — from the frame to the roofline, it is all rock-solid and built to last. Their crew was always on time, stayed on schedule, and kept the work area clean. What I appreciated the most was their communication and transparency. I was kept in the loop throughout the process, and any changes we wanted were done quickly without any corner-cutting. While most of their projects are Chattanooga-based, they treated our Cleveland build with the same attention and care as if it had been right next to their office. If you want a structurally well-built home, finished with attention to detail, and built by people who actually take pride in their work, I would highly recommend Senko Homes. This house will last the test of time.
